Dave has over 25 years experience starting and growing companies.
He is the co-founder of Growthink, a consulting and publishing company which has helped over 1 million entrepreneurs and business owners start, grow and/or sell their companies
Growthink has made the Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies five times.
Dave has guest lectured at top universities, developed over 100 business plans, and has published hundreds of articles on entrepreneurship, consulting, business planning and capital-raising. He is also the author of the best-selling book, Start At The End: How Companies Can Grow Bigger and Faster By Reversing Their Business Plan, published by Wiley.
Dave a successful serial entrepreneur, having started and exited multiple Internet and product-focused ventures, including Emerge Juice and Nutrition Systems – a wellness products developer and distributor; Shoutmouth – a niche music -focused social networking site; Z Reporter LLC – owner of over 3,000 niche-focused information websites; and TopPayingKeywords – a Search Engine Marketing & Optimization research data firm.
Dave is a past board member of the Los Angeles Regional Technology Alliance and a winner of the Anderson School at UCLA’s Knapp New Venture Competition.
Dave also has professional management consulting, marketing consulting and market research experience with FIND/SVP (now Guideline), BPA International and The NPD Group.
Dave has an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA and earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
As the director of operations, Bridget is responsible for the company’s operational strategies, process analyses and day-to-day performance. She also oversees the company’s market research division.
Bridget has extensive experience in helping companies launch and grow. Over the past 10 years, she has had direct oversight of thousands of market engagements spanning every major industry, including IT, healthcare, fashion, automotive, financial services, real estate, consumer products and media/entertainment. She has worked with hundreds of organizations including startups, middle market companies, Fortune 500 companies, educational institutions and non-profits.
Bridget began her career working in public relations and marketing at the renowned Peninsula Chicago Hotel, where she developed an aggressive and on-going media relations campaign that generated strong local, regional and national awareness of the hotel, spa and restaurants as well as directed the marketing campaigns for the property.
She went on to work for the Elysian Hotel, Tracy Anderson, Goop, Topshop and Bottega Veneta. For each of these brands, she has overseen local and national media campaigns and executed comprehensive marketing plans. In her tenure as a public relations and marketing professional, Bridget has honed her promotional skills and established a strong rapport with local and national media constituents. With a depth of knowledge in this area, she is an exceptional creative and strategic thinker with a brand-focused mentality.
Bridget graduated from Loyola University of Chicago with a Communication degree.
Over the past several years, Meghan has been immersed in digital marketing. She has been responsible for everything from the creation and implementation of search engine, paid ads and social media optimizations to improving the overall digital marketing presence for a niche of clients and verticals. She also brings a depth of ability to research, strategize and make technical optimizations.
Meghan also brings with her a background in education, which helps foster her lifelong passion for learning and growth. With this continued passion, she helps us continue to pursue our mission in helping clients launch and grow their businesses.
Meghan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Dallas. She lives in Colorado with her husband and daughter.
